Instagram AI Info
Inspect and remove embedded C2PA, Adobe XMP and AI editing details from Instagram photos locally before posting.
Free / private / browser-based
Upload one file or a batch of images, audio and video. Inspect hidden data and choose what to remove.
What the remover changes
AI editors and export tools can store prompts, seeds, generation parameters, software names, GPS coordinates and edit history inside an image when those fields are enabled. They are not visible in the pixels, but metadata readers and publishing platforms may still inspect them.
ClearTags reads ordinary EXIF, XMP and IPTC fields separately from signed C2PA Content Credentials. You see what was found first, then choose whether to remove every supported metadata block or only sections such as prompts, location data or the embedded C2PA manifest.
For supported JPEG, PNG and WebP cleanup, the encoded image payload is copied without decoding or recompressing it. The visible pixels keep 100% of their existing quality while the selected container metadata is removed from the new copy.
If a format requires a local rebuild instead of lossless container cleanup, the result is explicitly marked before download. Processing stays in the browser, and your original file remains unchanged on your device.
Before / after
This licensed Adobe Firefly fixture uses its actual C2PA claim data. The image stays visually identical while the supported container metadata is removed from a separate copy.
Drag to compare. In this Adobe Firefly 4.0 JPEG test, the encoded image payload stayed unchanged.
